The town of Bayambang, Pangasinan is vying once again for a Guinness title after erecting the statue of St. Vincent Ferrer that stands at an impressive 167.32 ft. — making an attempt for the “Tallest Bamboo Structure (supported)” world record title.
In relation, Regan Industrial Sales, Inc. holds the privilege of being part of this gigantic and historic event for being the main supplier of steels for the construction of the said statue.
This monumental structure commenced its groundbreaking last June 2018 in conjunction with the construction of the St. Vincent Ferrer Prayer Park. This initiative of constructing a shrine signifies a symbolical event for the commemoration of 600th Death Anniversary of St. Vincent Ferrer and 400th Founding Anniversary of their parish yesterday.
Crafted with steel and engineered bamboo, the statue can be found in Barangay Bani and aims to magnify the municipality’s tourism through building a P75-million shrine.
