Pipe and structural bending services in the Philippines involve the controlled deformation of steel pipes, tubes, and structural sections to achieve a specified angle or radius without compromising the material’s structural integrity.
At Regan Industrial Sales Inc., our bending services use hydraulic press brakes and rotary draw bending machines to shape steel to customer-specified geometry for construction frames, handrails, canopies, industrial piping runs, and
structural assemblies.
The material must be ductile and within the machinable range before bending proceeds. Our team assesses each job — pipe schedule, section size, material grade, and target bend radius — to determine the correct bending method and tooling.

Cold bending is performed at ambient temperature using hydraulic press brakes or rotary draw bending machines. The steel is bent purely by mechanical force without the application of heat. This is the standard and most efficient method for pipes, hollow sections, and structural members within the material’s cold-formability limits.
Hot bending involves heating the steel section to a controlled temperature — typically in the range of 850–1000°C — before applying the bending force. This reduces the material’s yield strength, allowing tighter bend radii to be achieved without cracking or excessive wall thinning.
For structural sections such as I-beams, H-beams, and channel bars that require bending along their major or minor axis, hydraulic press forming is the method of choice. A hydraulic press applies force at defined points
along the member using custom-fitted dies, incrementally forming the required curvature.

Pipe and structural bending is the process of forming steel pipes, tubes, beams, channels, angles, and other structural sections into specified curves, radii, or angles for construction, fabrication, and industrial applications.
Bending may be suitable for round pipes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, angle bars, channel bars, beams, flat bars, and other structural steel sections. Suitability depends on the material grade, section size, wall thickness, bend radius, and equipment capacity.
Yes. Steel products can be bent according to approved drawings, required radii, angles, and project dimensions, subject to material and equipment limitations. Accurate plans and bend specifications help ensure the correct result.
Provide the steel type, grade, section size, wall thickness, required radius or angle, bend length, quantity, drawings, delivery location, and target schedule. A detailed bending plan or fabrication drawing can help speed up the assessment.
Pipe and structural bending is commonly used for curved roofs, arches, canopies, handrails, frames, supports, tanks, pipelines, architectural features, industrial equipment, and custom steel fabrication.
