JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range of human resources functions to support organizational goals. This role includes administering employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar (preferably a master’s degree).
- Relevant experience in an HR role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
